It appears to me NY wants to get Drivers lic for illegals for only 2 reasons. Once one is the money the state will generate form issuing one...the other is so the illegals can have access to be voters.
I have heard it's for none of this...it's for safety reasons. Are they trying to tell me an illegal will be a safer driver if he has a license in his back pocket????....I don't think so.
Let me know your reason behind this issue.

The fact is....9 of the 21 terrorists had a drivers license....Just because someone has a license on them, it doesn't make them a good driver, and it doesn't necessarily let NY know who is in their city...because there are nearly 40 million fraud social security numbers in tne federal date base.
I think its because due to positive ID being required for voting, and once a person has a drivers license, they are handed a voters registration card. So, puting 2 and 2 together...since Hilary has been placating to the latina vote and the current senator of NY, she wants to aid illegals in creating voter fraud by getting them a form of positive ID...at least positive enough.
NY officials said they rely on people being honest when voting, so even if it wasn't a deliberate act, it would screw up the elections. Hilary needs bodies to vote to overcome the 50% of America that hate her.

A drivers license is a legal document....they aren't....DUH!
Even if they could get one, it doesn't mean they have insurance which can be paid for on a monthly basis...like during the month when they renew their license. All it does, is encourage more to come. They've over populated their country and now they are doing it to ours.
The politicians better stop selling out our country to them. They don't care now as they won't be running for office 20 years from now. and if they let the illegals vote now, by then the majority will be illegals or Mexicans and if you're white you wont have a chance to win unless you are Mexican.
Stop and think.....ASK AN AMERICAN INDIAN ABOUT IMMIGRATION!!! At least they litterally fought against it!

I think if an illegal exchanged a thumb print for a license we would be able to keep track of them.
But there is NO damn way I want these ppl voting in my country! Do not tell me that most illegals keep up our politics. Hell many Americans don't keep up.

First of all, the state doesn't make any money from issuing driver's licenses. The fee they charge doesn't offset the cost; taxpayers make up the difference. Second of all, there are millions of legal immigrants in New York that have driver's licenses but are not US citizens and are not entitled to vote. So neither of your reasons makes any sense.

If they are illegal how the hell are they getting licensed, when they ought to be getting deported. Us Oklahomans are sick and tired of them and just passed the toughest laws to deal with them. If you hire them , give them a place to stay, rent to them you will face criminal prosecution. They are not Americans and therefore dont enjoy the rights of Americans, and we are fighting back to save our state from a foreign invasion by Mexicans

first of all !! what u think ur someone to say who is a safe driver? I DONT THINKS SO!!! let the state get money that doesn't concern you. And 4 theme to vote let theme!! ??Y?? b/c we breath the same air and were no different than they are!! p.s. safer driver yes do you know we come here b/c we care about our families .
