25 times for 2 reps of sit ups
25 times for 2 reps of cruch
25 times for 2 reps of pilates
25 times for 2 reps of ????
25 times for 4 reps of 10 kg dumbbell each hand
I also bike alot and do alot of sports including karate,rugby,cricket,golf and a few more.
And nearly everyday i go outside for 1 hr and kick and a rugby ball around and i also do wind sprints for 20 mins at the same time

What can i do to improve it ?
If i could do anything else please tell me
Or if i should do a hole diffrent one please say and say what i should do and how many times?

you can't spot reduce fat stores through diet or exercise. you need to increase your metabolic rate by increasing at a high intensity. the diet that you follow ultimately determines your body composition, not the exercises that your perform. if you want a lean and trim body then 90% of the food that you consume should be naturally occurring.
