I'm a new comer to Dubai and to all who think of internet browsing,it's all blocked,so any other sources,like a video store,where u can ask without being caught!!

You better be careful as it is not legal, you could loose your life very fast. try going around the system there are kazaa, yahoo is the uk us and other areas yu can tap into from,well at the bottom i know of from this answer thing
