I didnt know i was pregnant but now, i dont know what to do, i wanted to stay here until my baby borns and as soon as he can return to my country but im with a tourist visa, what is the best solution?? its too dificult in the law things to have him here??? need help please!!!

Unless you are 8 months pregnant they won't let fly on a plane. If your real intention is to have your baby here, so he/she can obtain US citizenship as well as you, sorry to tell you but it won't work. The laws now are very strict to stop illegals accessing medicare benefits.
If you want you can have your baby here and then go back. I don;t know where you are from, but here in the US is very expensive to have a baby. The request insurances, etc.

If you stay and have the baby, you will be out of status and subject to deportation. Consult an immigration attorney on this one.

First, confirm that you are pregnant by seeing a physician or go to your nearest health department to have your testing done there for a very low minimal fee. Once your pregnancy is confirmed they will orient you with what steps you have regarding your pregnancy.

If you didn't know you were pregnant when you started out, youl must not have been that far along. Go back to your own country and have your child there.

stay! and have your kid there in the states... but don't put in jeopardy your status, so as soon as you're done having your kid go back home!
