We know its wrong, but they are desperate enough to turn that far away from reality, as some of the hateful BS on this site shows.

the republicans would "win" the war if it wasn't for the drive by media who shows all the "negative" things that happen in Irag.. What about all the positive? It's amazing that democats can state "they can't see the push working since it's been only a couple of months" but can spout out all the bad things without regard....... The dem's DO love the terrorists.. they are MORE concerned about the "rights" of known terrorists than trying to win this war...I am tired of hearing from the dem's that they can't get anything done b/c of Bush... The dem's can....They just DON"T have the BACKBONE to do so because MOST americans don't want to LOST this war....

I am not Rep or Dem but would like to entertain you with this thought; not one of the funding issues have been disapproved by Congress. This means that some of the Dems had to vote yes on each and every one. I would think the major concern is why? If every party member on the left feels this way about the war then why approve all that legislation for it?

They say it for two reasons:

First: Like us (Democratic Party), they have their share of political bigots. It's up to us and all patriotic U.S. Americans to speak up when such people act that way. To remain silent, especially when they are in our own party, is to sell our own ethics cheaply (assuming one has some to begin with).

Second: Because they are tired of us acting like Anti-Republicans. We oppose virtually everything they do as a party, instead of seeing them as part of the country, just as we are, useful for things we, ourselves, don't stand for.

The only people that stand to gain from Democrat hating Republican and vice versa is socialists, who thrive on class, race, and political warfare.

I don't do that.

We need gas and brakes whatever direction we are headed. We don't need some of the hateful posts we have.

Don't join them.
Don't be biased about it.
It happens, NOT on both sides.

There ARE two sides.
Patriotic U.S. American who disagree about SOME things but put their country first, ahead of their own ideology.

And then there are those who hate half the country, subscribe to political bigotry, see only ONE side of the arguments, and put their personal ideology ahead of their country.

Don't join the latter group.
