Believe me mate, you've got less reason to be shy and embarrassed once you've left school than you ever did while you were there. Back then, the other kids had you pigeon holed, now everyone is grown up, they don't need to play those games anymore. Everyone can just be themselves. No one really cares that much about anyone else, which frees you up not to be concerned either.

I blush easily too and when people mention it , it makes me feel angry and even more embarrassed!!

DONT FEEL LIKE CRAP about it!!!

Its just the way you are, and there are lots of us like it.:)))

If someone mentions it do as I do and pass it off as a joke and say, I know Im red, I may explode in a minute etc, and slip in the fact that you dont like it being mentioned etc and 99.99% of adults recognise your awkwardness and dont mention it again.
If you feel that bad then go to your GP (Doctor) and explain how you are feeling
The more you think about it, the worse it will be, I know because I experience it every day but I reckon Im a little bit older than you and can deal with it better(years of practice).
Are people being horrid about it?? If so you have to come back with something or ask them not to as you find it hurtful.
Best wishes, hope it goes ok for you x

I used to have the same problem, only mine was at school and is getting better now. You just have to feel confident, and when you start to go red don't think 'oh no, its happening again' just try not to care and it will go away instead of get worse.

Don't know mate. I blush easy too, but this doesn't bother me. However, if it truly happens for no reason at all, could be a medical issue.
