Because you don't believe people should have abortion because you think that this is killing an innocent life? Or because you say that fornications (all types) & adulteries is a sin? And sins separate us from God.

tehabwa, The only Theocracy I would love is the one that Jesus Christ, the King of kings & Lord of lords, rules.
I would be horribly persecuted under the taliban & probably be put to death.

The typical insult from the non-Bible believing crowd is to refer to believers as “ignorant,” “stupid,” “brainwashed,” or otherwise suggest that those who have faith are less intelligent than those who do not. When a Christian puts up a good fight, by standing up intelligently for his faith, the terms change to “bigot,” “extremist,” or “zealot.” When people who know that believer is kind and loving hear this, the loud-mouthed atheist starts to look like the fool that he or she is (Psalm 53:1). Most non-believers have not had personal reasons to see Christians negatively, but they sometimes hear so much from the loud anti-Christians that they just assume it is so. They need examples of Christ-like living to see the truth.

Uh, having seen some of your questions, the reason you have been called a hateful bigot is NOT because you're a Christian.
If you truly were a Christian, you wouldn't post hateful posts.
Being a hateful bigot, you do, and that's what people call you.
I guess that's what comes from worshipping a hateful Sky Bully.
If you want to live in a theocracy (and I can see that you do), please move to Afghanistan; the Taliban are retaking it and you'd love it under their rule. They're as hateful and bigotted as they come.

regrettably, we as a rustic are being compelled to settle for something that the generic public human beings do not consider, the question of gay marriage under no circumstances got here to a vote in Massachusetts, do you think of that the reason in the back of it relatively is as a results of fact we are being compelled to settle for something that maximum human beings sense is unnatural and immoral, the government does not care approximately how lots money they're spending to further their agendas and lead them to extra common. you basically could pray, and in case you have babies you'll be certain they comprehend the version. edit--and if the reality is hateful, now and returned the reality hurts what am i able to declare. I under no circumstances have been given a say in what became handed right here in MA. edit-- and no person ever suggested they could not get married, basically that in the event that they do it would be to a member of the different intercourse. The final I checked till adopting or by well being care expert intervention gay and lesbian couples can't produce a baby. look at that an completely ineffective union to have them get married do not you think of?

I have had that accusation made against me by people on this board, but it had nothing to do with any of the reasons you cite - primarily because I don't fully agree with any of those positions. As near as I can tell, quite a few people here simply assume they know exactly what I believe as soon as I acknowledge being Christian. Totally illogical, of course, but prejudice does that to people.

Most certainly. I've been asked to apologize (or make amends) on many occasions for my stance on such topics. At times, when I was indeed out of line, I have made my apologies. I was not responsible for our societies' own forgotten morality. Selfishness in no way constitutes being right for any decisions made. Those who have sex ought to realize that "sex" is a reproductive act. If that is not what you wish to do, then maybe you should reconsider your own self-serving actions. Slavery through carnality, anyone?

By condemning homosexuality and repeating that Jesus said NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER ACCEPT THROUGH ME. Truth is truth and if sinners call me a bigot because of it so be it.
