I think men who are balding would be better just shaving it all off.
I personally think brown skinned men are much sexier bald, but some BRIGHT(white) men can be sexy bald, too.

Well, I think it depends if someone looks good with the hair cut or not like Chris Daughtrey looked good..but I like to be able to run my fingers threw a guy's hair.
