Doubt it.
I guess it depends because some guys are very mature, but I still don't think a 14 y/o guy could really handle an older woman.

When you say " handle " are we talking about a Tall 14 year old Boy doing the Tango or cha cha cha on the dance floor, cause some 14 year old sure are strong..or are you thinking sexual? in which case its Child abuse..!!!!

Depends on his maturity. if he knows how to treat girls those ages then he can handle them. However, he may not be ready for th problems and things girls those ages face and he may not be ready for that. Some just talk big but don't know a thing abiut women of any age while others know there way around older girls then they are ready.
