I just moved to the south and I am not sure what some of those are. But here are my favorites: potato salad, fried green tomatoes, creamed corn, and fried chicken (I've never heard of collard greens). The funny thing is, I had fried green tomatoes when I was in New York, and I can't find them down here in the South. I have looked everywhere. Have a great day!!!

Mmmm! I don't have a favorite, but here are the ones that I love:
Fried Chicken, Ribs, Potato Salad, Macaroni & Cheese, creamed corn, fried pork chops, string beans with bacon bits [probably the best].

Sounds good especially the glazed ham and Mac and Cheese but i think would substitute a Smoked Barbecue Brisket in place of the chicken,also another side dish maybe pinto beans or black eye peas also some sweet potatoe pie or pecan pie would set it off too! ummm im getting hungry! ;)

You didnt mention chopped b-b-q, and the neckbones and white beans
If I had to pick~ fried chicken,greens,mac+cheese.
I miss the Sunday $6.00 church dinner plates.
