yes. i had pretty much been homeless most of the time i was a teen. it really sucked. i asked God to help me get a job that would enable me to support myslf, no one else could do it for me. Now, i have my own place, and everythng i need, and i dnt need to depend on anyone for anythng, except God. I do thank Him always. Plus, He has help me even when i didnt know i needed help. And, there hav been times when i thought i wanted or needed something, and ended up not gettng it. in the end, i God revealed to me that i was better off w/o it.

I was stranded in Dallas - I'd lost my wallet and credit card, as well as the (unlisted) phone number of the friend I planned to visit/stay with. I said, "Help me Athena, Godeess of Wisdom!"

And I suddenly remembered that She reminded me the night before to write down a back-up copy of the phone number on the print-out of my flight itinerary. She also reminded me to call and have my credit cards cancelled.

I could tell you of several rescues I got that saved my live. But I type to slow and they are too long.
Be careful of what ones prays for. Because what you ask and God decided to answer may not be the same answer you expected.
