What is called "female circumcision" is better termed "female gential mutilation". It's the surgical removal of the clitoris.
The equivalent for a male would be to remove the glans of the penis, not the foreskin (as in circumcision).
As it is practiced (mostly in North Africa) it's done to young girls, often without antiseptic or anything to help the pain. Sometimes the child dies of shock, and sometimes from the resulting infection.

No, this would not be good, because*
(I'm not talking about removing the clitoris, I'm just saying that if you just removed the extra skin around the clitoris like when a male is circumsized.)
* Everytime she walked,
it would leave a trail
that looked like a snail had been there.
(Some jerk is going to report this; however, please notice that no profanity was used here. No ones feelings were stomped on. I am female, so I think I deserve to be able to state my opinion on this subject.)

I don't understand why anyone is circumsized,did God do something wrong when he designed us?Why do people have to change everything?I think it is sick and dangerous.

Yes, I think all women who get their babies circumcised should have their own prepuce removed, or maybe their labia.
Preferably strapped down with no anaesthetic.
