sure we are all emotional beings - can't be perfect. emotion is about liking and disliking things. we are not always neutral. sometimes we are and there we can find perfection and peaceful and just comfortable. sometimes we can't have the mental strength for neutrality and just get washed by our emotions when we see/hear (sense) something and there perfection and innocence are lost. We simply bias for and against... we are just the same in that manner. perfection can only come when we stop biasing. yet others will judge us. once we stop judging in bias ways we won't feel bad about others' imperfection because, at that stage of wisdom, we understand others. :D

Fast for a day. See how all the people who have no access to water or food feel. Always put yourself in the shoes of those living in extreme poverty. And then compare your life. Ask yourself, which is worst?
Or you could just turn up music, invite your friends round put a feel good movie and have chocolate. (AVOID ICECREAM it makes the problem worse like cigarettes)
Or even better write. You may not be creative but every person has a story to tell.
It's best to try a few other ways my fave is no. 1 altho it is the hardest.

Adventures!! Like surfing or snowboarding or travel, just do cool ****, you'll be empowered and feel awesome and the little crap wont get you down because youll feel good for doing cool ****. Thats what I do and dont wait around for other ppl to do it with, just take care of your stuff and do stuff that scares you and makes you feel great, not drugs and alchohol, it only works if it involves nature

I am struggling with this same problem right now. I'm learning you just gotta let it go. When something makes me mad/sad/etc., I just push it out of my mind & go do something that makes me happy, like playing with the kitten, baking cupcakes, reading a book, etc. When I've got enough distance from the issue that I can be calm about it, I go back & examine the issue to see if there's something I can do to make it better or if I just have to deal with it & let it go.

Knowing that's what we need to do is the first step - I try to remind myself all the time to be positive and fail every day - but maybe it's getting a bit better.
If you find a quick way - please let me know!!!
