This is normal puppy behavior,I am a pitbull owner.I taught him the OUCH command from the start. when he would snap at me playing i would yell OUCH and get up. no more playing. I bought this spray call grannicks bitter apple spray i sprayed it on things i didnt want him to bite like cords shoes so on.Also buy him/her lots of toys from soft plushy, to hard rubber. when he chews on things dont replace it with a toy he/she will think i chew on something i get a toy. Also lots of exercise will stop many behavior problems. tired puppy is a good puppy. I hope this helps you out. Good luck dont give up!

Don't let him.
If he bites say "no" and stop giving him attention right away, he'll get the picture.
Be strict about this or you will end up with a big dobie who mouths and bites.
