i have LG home cinema i need 2 set my db sound so i get quality sound?

If your system works in the way that the lowest volume level is like -80db and the highest is 0 or 10 then the reference volume level, that is to say the level that you need to hear it as the studio intended, is 0db.....if you set it to 0db and get distorted sound then your receiver is not powerful enough to get the best sound possible.

I have a yamaha receiver and I am able to set it to 0db with no distortion.

set the LG at about 1/3 to 1/2 volume and adjust the volume with the source control.
