Trooper's answers are all really good, but I'd have to add to that & say that for me, the best is when you're all alone & you have a happy or funny thought and you actually catch yourself laughing out loud all by yourself! You feel kinda lame, but it just so rare that that happens & it's a neat feeling!

Having fun with my kids... even just cuddling with them on the couch after dinner. When I see them happy and having fun it makes me happy.
