I would rather work around mostly men, as I'm sure most women would rather work around mostly women. You can be more comfortable, pull pranks on each other, tell dirty jokes, etc. That stuff is very limited with a heavy presence of the opposite sex.

but try knowing how to do the job, not getting a job just because there's lots of 'hot' chicks there.
