Let's talk about this for a sec. If in fact you are only 13 do not let that be a deterrent. I was only 8 when I got my first pure bred dog, but HE never had puppies.
First lets explore WHY you want to breed your dog. Do you show your dog?? I "tried" to train my first dog for field trials. (turned out I learned far more than that poor dog ever did). But because of the experience I developed a relationship with several mentors, first of which was the breeder of the dog that I had. (and of course my parents). Then through these mentors I learned about training and campaigning a dog successfully.
Then as a result of competing with dogs I developed an interest in breeding.
Now with over 50 years of involvement with dogs, I am still to meet a person that was successful at doing it the other way around by breeding dogs first and then developing a dog related interest.
Here is a pic of a then 11 year old junior handler learning about dogs the right way

If you happened to have seen the Eukanuba dog show from Portland Ore on Animal Planet the other night you would have seen her handling her (Bred By Exibitor) Salukis in the Hound Group ring (at the age of 13).

Get this book: "Successful Dog Breedign" by Chris Walkowicz and Bonnie Wilcox DVM. PAY ATTENTION TO THE CHAPTER THAT IS ENTITLED "SHOULD I BREED MY DOG?" Do NOT breed your dog if you have not had both the dam and the sire checked for gentic diseases by OFA, CERF and other reputable organizations. Do NOT breed your dog if she is under 2 years of age. Do NOT breed your dog until you understand canine reproduction. Do NOT breed your dog if you do not have a mentor in your breed. Do NOT breed your dog if you do not have a contract that says you will take back any one of your puppies at any time for any reason! If you have no intention of being the least bit reputable and knowledgeable DO NOT BREED YOUR DOG!!!! I am sick and tired of killing the pups produced by people who do not know what tehy are doing and do not care. I am sick and tired of watching the ill-bred pups suffer from mental and physical disorders that make thier lives hell. And I am doubly sick and tired of reading the questions that ALWAYS foollow two months after a question like this aobut how come there is green smelly stuff coming out of the female's vulva and why is she laying limp on the floor, or why the puppy's head is flopping around on its neck, and donm't tell me to see a vet because I can't afford it! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF NO ONE LISTENING TO REASON!!!!!

You really should read up on breeding before you think about doing this! There are many websites that can help you out, seek answers from a vet or other animal professional.

You're endangering your dog's life and the life of any puppies she might have by not having a clue what you're doing!
The way to become a responsible breeder is to do your research and learning, a lot of learning, long before you actually attempt a mating.
Good bloodlines don't mean a thing by themselves. Have both these dogs had their hips and elbows x-rayed and certified free of dysplasia? Do they have CERF for their eyes? Have they had brucellosis tests? Are both of them excellent examples of their breed according to the standard, including stable temperaments?
If yes, then they'll be ready to breed once you as the breeder gets thoroughly educated as to how and when to mate, how to look after a pregnant bit ch, how to assist with whelping (including when to call in the vet because she's in trouble) and how to look after a litter of newborns.

You are 13 years old.. Will you be able to take 8 weeks off school in order to properly whelp and raise this litter??
Google breeding.. You should learn it yourself rather than taking the information from YA.. If you are old enough to have a litter, you are old enough to learn about having a litter and breeding your dog.

Dogs are in heat for 21 days or 3 weeks. Put them together during the second week of her heat cycle. Females are most fertile between the 10th and 14th day of their heat cycle. That's when she begins flirting with the male. Have them tie every other day. It takes a male dog 48 hours to regenerate sperm after they breed.
check out this website it will answer some questions about breeding and the development of puppies...

Don't your parents watch what you do online and in real life?
I know my daughter wouldn't be here asking these questions at 13, let alone be allowed to breed a dog.

::banging head against a brick wall in frustration::
If you don't know the answer to this, what the HELL are you and your parents (since you're only 13) doing breeding??? This is like one of the most basic questions out there. If you don't even know this one, you have no business making more puppies.

Just be a kid, and quit worrying about breeding your dog. You are too dang young to be doing this.
