Over 18 unless it's with your parents. How carefully they check at the border I can't say. I think your parents should know either way. If the border guards catch you they will make you eat pancakes with maple syrup (MMM).

As long as you have an ID you can enter Canada. If your under driving age you better be walking or riding a bike though.

You have to be born. To enter on your own you will need to be 18, accompanied by your parents or have parental consent to enter with an other adult.

I don't think they can keep you out because of your age, you just need a passport
