Dear Supervisors,
We are filing a complaint against AT&T.
Two weeks ago I ordered a new Speed stream Modem 3445255165 because I was told by your tech the old AT&T was not working. We lost ten days of internet work because of this problem. We paid more to get a faster upgraded. The Modem arrived and you tech walked me through the set up. Ever since I received it my girlfriend and I have been having problems staying on line at the same time and we both get knocked off. I have to reenter my pass word every 30 minutes for I get knocked off.
The faster upgrade hooked up is slower than before. I have called techs to walk me through this several times with no change. Now your tech wants to charge me walk me thorough my roughter. He said my rougher is not working and I need to replace it. This Tech says I will now have to pay $98.00 to talk to him. This is the absolute worse service I have ever received from AT& T.
What can we do to get me up and running since I am now losing hundreds of dollars per day by not being able to log on?
