I'm not defending president Bush here, but why majority of people in US and abroad turned their frustration and anger only toward George Bush. Many people keep calling Bush evil, stupid, idiot and incompetent. But if all of this were true and assuming that Bush is stupid and ignorant how could he trick US congress and the whole world in to Iraqi war and made US congress to authorize those astronomical amounts of money, etc.? Very rarely people mentioned names as Dick Cheney, Bush senior, Carl Rove, Paul Wolfofitz and bunch of other advisers which are hiding behind the scenes. Did it ever crossed your minds that George Bush himself as being not too bright is regularly being brainwashed by his own father, Dick Cheney, Carl Rowe and an army of others advisers from CIA, Pentagon, Justice Dept. and so on. Did it ever appear to you that president Bush is simply being used by all of the above individuals and groups which are hiding behind his name and keep using Bush simply as a rubber stamp

Good Question and you make a very valid point, however he is the President and " Commander in Chief" and with that comes the responsibility, blame and criticism that he so richly deserves. Dick Cheney is an evil, corrupt Fascist who appointed himself as vice presidential candidate and is undoubtedly running the fiasco of a war in Iraq, while his mafia cronies roll in the $dough$. Bush Sr. was the point man in the Iran Contra Scandal, by virtue of his tenure at the CIA and it being a CIA operation. He was also a member of the Carlyle Group, that mysterious global war profiteering gang. Carl Rove is the Devil, a vicious, corrupt waste of food. Paul Wolfowitz authored the "Doctrine of Preemption" in 1991 that is the road map for the current quagmire of a war that we are bogged down in Iraq. Bottom line, the war and subsequent attempts to seize and increase the power of the executive branch are being orchestrated by a nefarious group of power hungry, profiteering criminals , it's a mafia that has a marginally trainable, but controllable buffoon for it's figurehead leader.

each branch has a function. The Senate is the single hat gets off the hook maximum. They serve the longest words, and do the least artwork. Congress is often bringing in a sparkling member right here and there. I even have talked to Congressman interior the districts that I even have lived in diverse situations. They artwork stressful and take a glance at to characterize he people who voted for them. The president is in charge for bringing human beings at the same time to unravel themes. we've polarizing presidents now. they do no longer artwork we will with the different area. Presidents make delivers with different international locations that we could continually no longer do. The president is the face of the country. while that's undesirable, they're partly in charge.

I beg to differ with you. People have been aware for a long time that Bush is a puppet. Cheney, Rove and others have been calling the shots. The reason people are so pissed is that he ALLOWS this to happen.
He has created a horrific situation in Iraq that will take decades to resolve. He has sent thousands of Americans to fight a war (with inferior equipment) and couldn't care less how many Iraqi civilians die. Our economy is a disaster and the health care system is in ruins. He's been the president, the commander in chief and above all the DECIDER so he should accept the blame lavished upon him.

I rarely clarify this, but you make a good point: for myself, when I refer to "Bush" I am referring to his entire Neo-Con administration. He is the poster-boy for what is wrong with our federal government and not the sole perpetrator, you know?
It's stupid, I know, for me to just @ss-u-me (makes an @ss out've you and me!) that people don't pick up on that... It just seems illogical to think that one man could be responsible. I forget that not everyone is a political junkie like I am. Good question!

I blame Reagan for starting this reactionary scam and George H.W. Bush for shutting up about "voodoo economics" after he became VP.
I also blame the people who were stupid or evil enough to vote for any of these jerks.

If Bush is allowing himself to be used then it is just that he receive blame since he is the president.
I don’t think any thinking person only blames Bush.
