I should have a handicap parking sticker--but I am too proud. I always pray that i can get a place close so i won't have to walk very far when leaving a store. Sometimes I wish i could make myself get a tag but I am not ready to accept that my disease is progressing. It is okay to want to park close but leaving the spots open for people who really need them is a good thing. Wouldn't it suck if you ended up having to get a tag when you are young--like I should.

in my state you either have to have handicap license plates or a handicap placard to hang from your mirror. if you get caught in a handicap parking spot without these it will cost you $25 or more in fines

No it's not okay. Besides walking never killed anyone (with the exception of those who've walked in front of moving buses, cars, trains, etc.)

No, and when I catch them its a $250.00 fine ( I win 99% of my citations), and if they still act stupid,,then I tow their vehicle,,,,,,,,,they should be grateful and give thanks to God , they are fine,,and leave those parkings to the ones that "need" them,,,,,case closed,,,,
