the seller in Hongkong, told me that he sent the item on23rd July, but the item haven't arrived yet. it's a small and light memory card. I told him that ask the post office and find out where is the item.
He doesnt answer to that question.
I've asked him about the item 4times, and he's answered my question all the time, but he's already not registered on ebay.
I'm afraid that I can't get a item even if I already paid.
What can I do to get an item or refund???

Contact ebay. They will do their best to resolve the issue.

E-Bay is you ONLY chance. I doubt there is much they can do in this case. There is an excellent chance the person registered on E-Bay with false information in the first place. They have probably already re-registered under a new false identity.

go through e-bay to get ur money back.. my aunt was having problems with this person on e-bay... she bought some extra memory for her computer and the guy sent the wrong kind.. she tried to get her money back but he would not give it to her... so she went through e-bay and get her money back.. she kept askin the guy where she could send the memory back to (had no return address) and he wouldn't answer her... so the memory is in a different computer now because the guy didn't tell her where to send it...
