Graphic Nudity means that not much is hidden, & people get fully naked without any covers or anything. It actually has nothing to do with actual sex. You can have graphic nudity without having any sex scenes in a film. Sex scenes in a film would be catagorized as "Sexual Content" or "Strong Sexual Content".

The "R" rating stands for "restricted." Children under 17 years old are not (supposed to be) allowed into rated R movies unless with an adult. However, I constantly see movie theaters in many different states and different areas allowing anyone above 13 year of age to view the R rated movies.

Usually means a sex scene or 3 sex scenes, or a topless woman. Rarely ever men, but I have seen men fully nude in some movies....just rarely.
The possibilities are endless.
