I need it for my betta fry but before i put them in the tank together i need to know where to find one.

You can also make one yourself:
-using a powerhead: http://www.hagblomfoto.com/article_spongefilter.htm
You can also use an air pump and airstone instead of the powerhead fo a more gentle flow.

Petsmart and Petco don't carry them, but that's based on the stores around me. Like MM said, bigger fish/pet stores will carry them. You could also make one like Copperhead said.

All better and larger pet stores and pet super stores carry them. Many WalMart stores also carry them.
