Anything past a C cup is asking for back pains. I'm 19, full 40D and I can't even blow dry my hair sometimes because of the back pains caused by the twins.

I'm 31 years old and had my boobs done when I was 25. I had no complications, my scars are extremely minimal, and I even went back to work 2 days later. I was a 36C but I had two kids and wanted them much fuller. Now I'm a 36D and I love them! I didn't do it because of lack of confidence, I'm an attractive woman, but I did it for me and because I knew it would only make my physique that much more flatterning. I totally recommend it and especially now they have pretty much perfected the procedure. Just make sure you KNOW YOUR DOCTOR. Ask a lot of questions and make sure he is VERY experienced.

No, No, No, No -never. You are the perfect size. Do not go bigger. With any surgery there are risks. When you stick bags of goo in your chest, even if the surgery goes ok - they will always be there and have to come out one day anyway. Keep what you have, most women would be jealous.

My feeling is that breast implants are best suited for breasts that are *unusually* small or when used as part of a lift for boobs that are droopy. If you have "nice but smaller" boobs, I say consider yourself lucky!
Most breast implants have to be replaced every 10 years or more often...at a cost of $6000 or more...plus the pain...plus subsequent operations don't always go as well as the initial one. All of this seems like it wouldn't be worth it simply to trade up a size if the SHAPE of your breasts is already nice. Then again, this is something you have to decide for yourself. Maybe this is worth it to you.

It's wierd to explain this, but guys actually like bouncy normal boobs better. Those are hard and easily noticeable, fake. 36b/34c is fine as far as size guys.. in my opinion.

I wouldn't do it. I've seen what happens when the surgery goes wrong. It's not pretty. Looks aren't worth dying over. Which I've known it to happen. Of course, I work in the medical field so I see all the bad sides of cosmetic surgeries. It wouldn't be worth it to me.

if your confidence is tied to your boobs, then you should see a shrink... not a sergeon. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but there is more to life than your boobies and seducing guys. Please don't do this, you're much better off spending the money on doing good things.. for others.
