And, even if you did, your troubles just start there. Tanks are oversized loads, requiring special permission from each state in your transport from the port to wherever you want the tank. Having tried to get such permission to move a tank from Maryland to Kansas for display at an American Legion post, I can say that getting these route permits is both expensive and time-consuming.
