i would like to know weres the best university tu study computer sofwere so icna be able to do what ever i want with computers and stuff you might guess i dint have a clear idea but let me know were thanks!

I would say Stanford, MIT or Cal Tech, but my guess from the way you wrote your question is that this isn't the type of institution you are really headed for.
