Google "movie studios" or "movie directors".

Youtube, you can literally scroll through all the directors. It is obviously not MGM or Time Warner, but it will get you a start in the biz and if you are good, you will get recognized.

Why would you want a director? There is no short cut to a career in acting, it takes years and years of study and experience, so wise up, dearie.
