There is a Whole Food Nutrient Drink by Renew Life that is apple cinnamon flavor that I take every morning with Apple Juice. It actually tastes good and fills me up until lunch.

For lunches have lean meats fish or chicken are the best. Lots of brown rice and lentils or beans are really healthy and will fill you up.

Dinner should be light like a spinach and tossed baby greens salad. If you can have it without dressing that would be less calories. I like to add grapes, carrots, onion, broccoli, basically anything to help add taste to be able to omit the dressing.

I would reccomend eating as much organic as possible and watching your dairy & sugar intake.

There is a great book called Fiber 35 Diet by Brenda Watson. There are great recipes and it explains a lot about how the body works and ways to calculate exactly what is needed just for your body.

By the way, try not to eat for 3 hours before you lay down for bed. If you are late eating it is better to just wait to eat breakfast or if I am really hungry I have some of the whole food nutrient. That tides me over until morning.

Good Luck!!

All foods taken in excess cause weight gain.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

You are overweight for the most simple of reasons -- because you're eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you're also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.

Think closely about what we're about to tell you, since it's going to change the way you think about dieting...

FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. You don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth. You get fat because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.

Also, the pattern that you choose to eat your meals each day is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills. This is true because your body is like an "engine" and it only needs certain foods at certain intervals each day, and if you don't eat the right foods at the right times then it won't burn those calories -- and you'll wind up storing those calories as fat tissue. (Hint: You need to eat more than 3 times per day to lose weight, but we'll show you the details later).

You have gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods, that much is a fact. And guess what? You can get SLIM by eating the RIGHT FOODS at the RIGHT INTERVALS each day.

It's not really any more complicated than that, and the way to start losing weight has nothing to do with starving yourself or jogging.

Switch to a "Raw Foods" diet. If you need to lose weight, you can do so naturally without endangering your health or running into any nutritional deficits. You will get every nutrient your body requires, minus the other stuff.
You can eat all the nuts, fruits and veggies you like without worrying about food combining or how much sugar you are getting... or hormones from meats and dairy.
Once you get some of the appliances... like a serious blender and a dehydrator... the recipes are endless and tasty.

I personally like to start the day with a green smoothie...
In my BlendTec blender I combine: water, 3 fistfulls of organic spinach, 2 bananas, and 1-1/2 to 2 cups of frozen fruit (I like strawberries and blackberries). If you do it right, you don't taste the spinach and you will notice a major uptick in your energy level in a week.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

Well just eat Lean Cuisine, or do the South Beach Diet. You can buy those frozen foods at Target, Costco, Wal-Mart, or even Albertsons. Almost anywhere, basically.

Warning, high sodium.
