Its self raising flour and that is all i have. I need a method as well please

Crumble mix. Mix the flour and butter together with your finger tips until you get breadcrumbs then add some sugar and cinnamon. Top some apples or any canned fruit you might have with the crumble and cook on high in the oven until golden brown

Just add water and a pinch of salt and you have pastry, line a baking tin, prick the bottom and bake for about 10 minutes till firm but not brown, beat up some eggs pour into the cooled pastry case,( you can add anything else now e.g. peppers, tomatoes,cooked potatoes, then bake until the eggs are set and you have a delicious quiche.

a crumble. or u could add in some water and a touch of salt to make pastry.
you could add 2oz sugar (50g) and some milk and make some scones even. lots of ideas there!!

If you add milk you can make a white sauce to go over ham and toast or cauliflower.
