Nope, it won't hurt the baby at all. My friend was in a triatholon in her 2nd trimester and did fine.

Just make you are in good shape to do it so you don't deprive yourself and the baby of oxygen or get dehydrated in this hot weather.

Just one time? No, it won't hurt the baby. I have friends who ran the entire duration of their pregnancy. They were both marathon-ers. I didn't, but that's because that wasn't my standard BEFORE I got pregnant.

You shouldn't INCREASE your exercise when you are pregnant. Your doctor will give you advise as to what level is safe for you and baby.

One time of running really fast for a few seconds is not going to hurt baby. They are super cushioned inside.

Very unlikely. Many women run marathons up into their third trimester. I don't know how they do it, personally, but it's not unusual!
