Sometimes a panic attack can cause these symptoms. For very small reasons, your body can launch a big "fight or flight" response, by releasing epinephine from the adrenal glands. Not a comfortable reaction, either learn to control them or take one of the available medication to help out

It's all to do with the brain,what we think effects how we feel,thus causing anxiety and side effects such as sweating racing heart etc.

angina or panic attacks....or get your thyroid checked
