Anyone know the name of this movie?

There was a movie that's come out in the past year or so that I remember hearing a little about, but I forgot the title. It's about the life of artist Andy Worhal's girlfriend, who's name I don't remember either. Anyone have a clue what I'm talking about?

The movie you are thinking about was called FACTORY GIRL (2006) directed by George Hickenlooper. It starred Sienna Miller as Edie Sedgwick, a late '60s - early '70s "It" girl who's career was launched by famed artist Andy Warhol, who was played by Guy Pearce in the movie. The movie depicts her troubled life from dropping out of college, her failed art career, meeting and becoming Warhol's muse, her sensationalized affair with Bob Dylan (who is played by Hayden Christiansen as a faintly disguised composite character named Billy Quinn), and her sudden downfall due to the relationship and a heavy addiction to drugs. The subject matter is extremely interesting but the movie failed to relay it very well. It was not very good, unfortunately. Sedgwick was very famous in fashion and Warhol's movies and NYC social scene. She is said to be the influence of Truman Capote's "Breakfast at Tiffany's" character Holly Golightly and numerous of Bob Dylan's songs. She was kind of like a late '60s - early '70s version of Paris Hilton.

factory girl sounds about right. other movies featuring the warhol character (if you're interested): the doors, basquiat, and i shot andy warhol. basquiat has a more detailed portrayal of warhol than the other two, but each is interesting in its own way.
