I'm not gay but why do they care about other people being gay. Is it really affecting them? Why can't they just get over the fact that some boys do boys and some girls do girls? It happens! Trying to take away their rights isn't going to stop them from "fornicating".

Why do they think that the whole world should be Christian?

They think that if they keep yelling someone will eventually listen. I believe that they are genuinely trying to help but have forgotten that the road to hell is paved with good intentions

Let's call them fanatics. I say that because I'm a Christian and I'm gay. One does not exclude the other. I believe in a loving God that created me as I am and loves me as I am. Many focus on gay people so they don't have to focus on things like divorce, tax fraud, greed all of which are sins . People always want to see what others are doing that they can complain about rather than looking at their own lives. Hopefully one day we will all be more enlightened.

Jesus said no fornicator will enter the kingdom of God, and that means they will end up in hell. They have a choice. To please God or to please themselfs. Being gay is an abomination to God. If we were under the law of moses they would be stoned to death. And once you get married to the oppiste sex you can have as much woopie as you want. But no foricators will enter Heaven. Christians should show them the right way becasue being nasty will not help them come to Christ. I know being a chrisitan can be difficult at times but God's word sayd 'We are all like lost sheep going our own way" Yes some christians are not what they say, but some are very nice too so do not put all christians in the same boat, I am chrisitan and nothing like the ones you talk about. I do not like what they do but I will let God be the judge becasue he is just. God loves the sinner but hates the sin.

i comprehend there is not any way for me or every person else to coach God's existence, no longer to show faith, intellectually. i think of by using fact human beings can no longer do this they attempt to recruit others so as to validate the religion they confuse with certainty i replaced into an agnostic for many of my existence. i'm sixty now so as that replaced right into a protracted time (i think of Woody Allen as quickly as defined an agnostic as an atheist with dedication themes). properly, at an extremely low evaluate my existence I examine some non secular texts and to paraphrase Pascal's guess "with plenty to earnings and so little to lose why no longer attempt to have self belief". To make a protracted tale short, I got here to have self belief yet as an act of religion. the main important word is faith and that i never confuse that with certainty. you are able to not coach issues with a e book you in basic terms have self belief replaced into stimulated by ability of God. that's the place i think of non secular conservatives so frequently pass off track. until God does the e book excursion, we would desire to end making use of the Bible to justify a good number of contradictory issues.

HELLO! Because gay people have missed the obvious. The creator created two different genders with complementing parts. It is almost impossible to procreate the human species with only two sets of male sex organs. It requires one set of each female and male. Ask your parents; they can attest to this truth.
Christians don't like it when others are "sinning." True Christians are taught to "witness" so others will come to the same understanding of life and the hereafter.
So many folks just get all in a ruffle when Christians seek to make the world a better place. That is evidence of evil forces at work. Regardless of the Bible, organized religion, and all of the so hated do-gooders, there are still life principles that (should) rule each of our lives. If you are not in tune (harmony) with those principles, you make yourself (don't blame others) have a lesser quality of life.

If you saw someone about to make a mistake that would ruin their life -- say, marry someone who's a psycho, or p!ss away their life savings -- you'd try to talk them out of it, wouldn't you?

Well, in their defense, that's what the Christians feel they're doing.

I honestly believe that the vast majority of them think that they're "doing the right thing" and trying to look after their fellow human beings, doing what they do.

Of course, the fact that they're completely delusional and still believe in imaginary friends doesn't help their case...

Hey I'm a jesus freak! And I've got gay relatives and friends, who i love and cherish as much as anyone else. We aren't all nosy and bad. Screw the gay bashers and jew bashers and racist christians who think their God actually HATES one of his own precious creations. Judge not, for we are all human, so who are we to judge each other. Pointing one finger at another is pointing three back at yourself!

So we're back to the Christianity and homosexuality debate, are we? Can these questions become drinking questions?

Christians have a right to our beliefs just as everyone else does, so long as we're not hurting anyone. And according to the Bible, homosexual sex is FORBIDDEN and sinful. Period, end of story, no compromise.

But let me say again, just so it's clear: As long as we're not hurting anyone. That means we have no right to condemn a person for anything they do (we're all sinners), and we have no right to hate anyone (Jesus told us to love everyone. He didn't say "love everyone unless they're a homosexual."). We do, however, have the right to say that we believe something is wrong.

And by the way, it's not as simple as you'd like to make it out. Look at the statistics for HIV/AIDS. When people engage in promiscuous homosexual sex, the likelihood of them contracting HIV/AIDS increases exponentially, even more so than a person having promiscuous heterosexual sex. I've found plenty of non-biased (read: NOT Christian or religious in any way) sources that corroborate that fact. In other words, homosexual sex is HARMFUL.
