very well done, good choice of tank for your betta, it shows that you really care for him

Another question though? What kind of pleco have you got in your tank?

Hope that helps
Good luck

Bettas tend to be anti social. Some have to be kept alone. You know the pleco is going to out grow that tank, right? The pelco will need a 55 gallon tank. Does the betta bother the cory?

you shouldnt need that many water changes with a 20 gallon tank so the water can be cycled. from what ive seen bettas have personality, he may be stressed out but i remember hearing that the water should be warmer for them. just keep an eye on him for illness, if you cant see anything wrong you shouldnt worry too much. also you should check and see if hes breathing fast, i think adding aquarium salt calms the fish down.

well i think it depends on how many fish are in the tank with him, it could be shock and still trying to get used to the idea of a permanent home so i say give it time. hope 4 the best

he's having fun. my frog swims to the top, spreads out all four limbs, and sinks. nothing is wrong with him, seriously. my beta does that too, and is really healthy.
