If it were a friend or family member, yes. why not? I have a gay uncle, and consider his partner an uncle as well- they've been together since I was a young girl. A looong time. So yes I'd go if they had a wedding.

Only if I was invited.
But then? Absolutely. After all, if I'm invited, it's someone I know and love and want to support.
In fact, I may be attending a gay wedding in Canada in a couple years. Two women I know and love recently got engaged and that's the timeline they're talking about. They're a wonderful couple who are deeply in love, so I hope I'm able to go.

Yes because even if I did not support the idea of a gay marriage, i would still support the people that were in love and getting married! Just because you believe in something, doesn't make it right so once you accept that, you might as well support the people you care about because you only live once! And besides it's one of the most important days of their life!

Yes I am standing up in one at the end of August. They are still two people no matter what their sexual preference is, it would be no different then going to a wedding of a couple of a different race, religion or anything like that. For those of you who say no you should look past a persons sexual preference and realize homosexuality doesn't affect the quality person they are.

I was asked to sing in a gay wedding once. I declined. I love all people and have a very close gay female friend (non-sexual friendship). I don't believe I could enjoy a gay wedding. This is the best I can answer.

Are the two who are uniting friends or acquaintenances? If it were me, I would go to support my friends. Besides I have found that any time there are gay folks in attendance, the conversation is stimulating, and I usually have a ball. If this helps, I am straight and in my 60s

Sure. Why not. Weddings are happy times. And gays are people too. We all love.

Yes, I would. I don't see a difference between two heterosexuals falling in love and two gay people falling in love.
The little homophobe in me would probably make me come with a female date, though, to make sure no men hit on me.
