Lint rollers run out too fast, so I'd recommend the Miracle Brush, which has a fabric rough nap to it with a plastic handle, used to be all over the place before the lint rollers showed up, so when you brush the furniture it picks up fur, and you pull it off the flat brush. It gets most of the fur too, I've used one for years. I think they're called something different now. There's no bristles, it's a peice of fabric (black) that's a little like velcro but softer.

I use one of those sticky lint rollers. Like the ones you buy for taking lint off your clothes, y'know the kind where you peel off the layers after they aren't sticky anymore. I have one made by 3M, it works great. In the instance that the hair is really thick and matted to the furniture, you may want to take the furniture outside and try to brush it with a stiff bristled brush first. You can also use a damp rag and rub it over the suface, the dampness causes the hair to roll up and stick together, might also be best done outside.

2. If it is a table use pledge. Thats what I do and clothes(since none of our clothes are complete without cathair) i have one of those roller things that you just roll over your clothes and wallah! its off. Hope i helped and good luck:]

Big wide tape works really good. Dap at the couch with the tape and the hair comes off on to the tape and throw away the tape when needed.

Lint brush, if you don't have one try scotch tape. That usually picks my cats fur up easily.
