Here is a home remedy:-
1. Wolf berries (half a hand full)
2. Red dates (10)
3. Dry persimmon (1/2 a piece - very sweet)
4. Black dates (5)
5. Dry Logan (a few pieces)
6. Ginger (a few slices)
Put all these to boil with water, drink it as a tea. This drink is very heaty and it works for ladies having periods and those who suffers from cooling cough. You can adjust the amount according to your own taste as it is quite sweet.
Try it, it works for me!!

eat bananas(they acctually help with period cramps). take a hot/warm bubble bath. you said you on pills? do you birth control or ibprofen? if on one but not the other then try taking the other too. if you want to start taking birth control ask your mom to take you to her obgyn. relax loosen up. sometimes just laying in bed curled up in a ball with a cold water and chocolate watching tv can help :]

are you trying pills for menstruation? Like Mydol or those types. They help a lot of people. Heat on your belly will help, like a heating pad. Iknow it sounds like torture but very light exercise helps some people also. Like some slow mild stretching.

I know you are going to say yeah right, but really exercise. You need to go for a slow, walk. Nothing that is going to make you sweat, just get that body moving, get the adrenaline flowing through the body.
