In order to lose weight you must be burning more than you take in. For weight loss, you can eat between 1200-1500 calories a day.
It sounds like you're getting a good run, so just be sure and make your meals and snacks healthy. If you do this, then your body will use all the foods for fuel and repairing.

Its a common misconception that you don't want to eat to lose weight. WRONG! You still need a good diet. I'd recommend a 1500 cal diet. If you don't eat it will burn little fat but start taking from your muscles for energy. The food is what gives you the energy to lose weight. Don't eat too many carbs (eat more before your exercises in smaller meals make them complex carbs also) and lower calorie foods.

Actually...if you do not eat enough calories each day your body will start storing fat because your mind believes that you are starving yourself. As long as you eat healthy, well-balanced meals and exercise regularly you should lose weight. Good luck!

well it depends what ur eating...balancing ur diet helps...and yes i expect u would still lose weight because part of what you eat goes into the calories you burn just doing normal things...sleeping...walking...breathing, etc. its not like ur getting a workout from these things...but even if u never excercized u still need to eat to get enough energy to do normal things throughout the day...so u probably do come out negative at the end of the day...
