Have you called the vet? Did the vet give you any instructions for what to do in the event your piggie doesn't eat?

You will need to get a 1 cc syringe from any drugstore & cut the tip (where the needle goes) off. Then, if you have no Critical Care (feeding supplement for pigs, usually available through the vet) you can crush up his pellets and add a little bit of water to make a mush (consistency of mashed potatoes). Draw the mush into the syringe & place the syringe into the back of his mouth where his molars are located. Then g-e-n-t-l-y depress the plunger to expel a little food into his mouth. If you push too hard on the plunger, the food will shoot into his mouth & he may possible breathe it into his lungs. This would be very bad, so be careful to do it slowly. You can use a syringe with the tip still on to syringe him water after every couple of syringes of food. Again, do it slowly.

See this photo for a good idea on how to hold your pig to get the food into him. This worked for me.

It is critical that your pig eat so his gut will not shut down. Be sure that he's pooping & peeing too while you're trying to get him over this "hump" in the road. If not, you need to get him back to the vet.

Best of luck to you. Hope your piggie gets better!

the best thing to use to syringe feed him is supreme recovery diet from supreme pet foods. it has everything the guinea pig needs and is easy to syringe. it is also important that the guinea pig gets extra vitamin c as like humans they cannot synthesise there own vitamin c. go to your pharmacy and ask for abidec drops just one drop daily. then contact your vet and ask if they can supply you with supreme recovery.if they dont have it in stock they can get it from there wholesaler

Try baby food and water. As well as orange juice. That is until you can get to the vet again. Could it be scurvy?

Liquidise cucumber and lettuce and try that, let it try for itself first and if not you will have to take it back to the vets.
