6) Overhaul the electoral system so the canidate the people want wins. Get rid of paperless electronic balloting (its rigged).

4) Ending the handouts to the rich (unbalanced tax cuts). Since currently they pay a larger percentage or their income I am not sure what you mean here. Maybe everyone should pay the same percentage?

Do you really think the government has a research division that is on the cutting edge of renewable energy research? Who do you think is really researching new energy sources?
