Can't help you unless I know what car you are driving.

You will have to change spindles.

Some aftermarket performance houses manufacture five hole replacement spindles for specific popular car models.
They will be expensive, however, and what benefit are you seeking to gain?

They will probably add static weight and hinder performance as well as inertial weight which will greatly affect acceleration and stopping power.

Your four-hole pattern is plenty strong unless you are going to quadruple your horsepower output. Wheels (even up to 20") are available for just about every bolt pattern out there.

You'd have to buy new spindles and brake assemblies to go with the new wheel pattern.
