Push like you're having a bowel movement!!!

I dont understand how it could be stuck. . .cant you just reach in an pull it out with your index finger and thumb? It cant go into your cervix and the vagina is a hollow tube - feel around - get your fingers around it and pull it out!

I dont understand it but the fact is that it's GOT to come out so if you cant get it you need to call your doc or go to the ER.

Edit: Im curious now - can anybody explain to me how a tampon can get stuck? Seriously, I'm confused. And, I'm not being rude, I'm genuinely interested.

.

this may seem gross, but you need to somehow wedge two fingers up as far as you need to, get a grip on the sides of it, and gently pull it out, slowly. whatever you do, if it's been in there a while, do NOT pull the string. the string might break off, and then you are in big trouble. gently try to ease it out, and then take a warm bath, and stop using tampons for a few days. good luck! i know how this feels :(

Don't worry too much. Talk to your mom first. See a female nurse if you can , she will guide and help you what to do. Like every one said dont let the tampon stay in for long. And good luck to you.

You've lost the string? As long as you have a string to tug, it shouldn't be stuck. Have you tried tugging a little harder? Not too hard, you don't want to damage something, but you should try again. If you really can't get it out, you need to go to the hospital and see what they can do. It may have to be surgically removed, but that's drastic.

That hapened to me before and i panicked. Dont worry, there is nowhere for it to go at all. It cannot enter other parts of your body. And cannot get lost. Just relax yourself and try feeling around for it. It cant have gone far!

Unfortunately this requires medical help.Go down to the emergency room.Any attemps you have to get it out will push it further inside you.Don't worry they will have seen this plenty of times before. You may want to ask for a female nurse or doctor though.

You MUST go to the emergency room if you cannot take it out. Don't waste too much time as you could develop a serious infection. Good luck!

First, try relaxing your muscles and squatting. Then contract and push, relax and push. Maybe you'll be able to get it close enough to the exit to pull it out with your fingers.

If you have been unsuccessful in retrieving it yourself with your hands, then you need the help of a medical professional.

Call a doctor. If it remains in place it can cause an infection.

Do not try and use any "tools" to remove it. You risk injuring yourself.

Go to the hospital... if you dont, TSS (toxic shock syndrome) could set in if left in there to long.

Believe me, they have seem more embarassing things than that......A friend of mine has told me stories of frozen hotdogs being broke off in women, gerbiles in males rectums, ect.

Next time, try not to push it up in there so far.
