i don't expose others to toxic smoke. Thats a bunch of hype. But if you trully believe it and don't like that a bar allows smoking, just drink someplace else... simple as that..

Being a non smoker you may feel I think it would be a great idea - WRONG - it's absolutely stupid, a waste of time and effort. This sort of thing will never work in reality and it just shows how far detached some ministers in government are from reality. The fact is that if the government wants to raise extra funds, start by getting rid of these nannying bureaucrats who feel that they have the right to invade the lives of the hard working over taxed people of this country just so it can make them feel they have a degree of control and power over us, whatever next!

Wow - your rant has me confused. I suspect that you, too, are somewhat confused with the basic ideology of both U.S. political parties, as well as the terms "nazi" and "fascist."

So here goes - common sense tells me that inhaling any particulate ladened smoke into ones lungs probably isn't on page one of a healthy lifestyle primer. Inhaling the second hand exhaust from this habit probably isn't recommended either.
So I guess I would have to say that, yes, you are pretty much free to do as you please - as long as it doesn't endanger the life of the people around you.
I do, however, agree that the provocation for your rant is brought about by the absolutely ridiculous lengths in which the anti-smoking zealots in this country will go to convince the public that smokers are responsible for everything from cancer to dishpan hands and every ailment in between.

The slave states separated from the Union because it was against their rights to own slaves. (I am NOT saying slavery is a comparable offense to smoking but it is a good example.) Slaves had their rights to freedom, just like someone who is allergic to chemicals in smoke has the right to walk in a public place without fear of an allergic reaction.

I do disagree with a lot of anti-smoking activists that often hurt their cause more than help it by being extremely rude to smokers to the point where it offends them.

Fasinating, Absolutely fasinating!! Did I miss something here?? I don't recall either party siding with smoking or anti-smoking!! I live in a red state and they banned smoking. Last time I checked red meant republican!!!!
Seems to me that Obama was a smoker too. However he decided to go on the patch. Let me see yep he is trying to get the democrat ticket.

You need to educated yourself as to the meaning of Fascism and Nazism. Because if you think Democrats are liberals, then that is directly opposed to the notion of fascism and Nazism.
