Yes, it's very possible that the Yaz could cause your breasts to get bigger.

All birth control pills have the potential to cause that because of the hormones. The way I dealt with that so it wouldn't cause me more problems is that I got myself a larger sized bra and then I didn't have anymore problems with worrying about the tenderness of my breasts because of being on the pill.
