Okay so I have Mephisto's soul stone and I have completed all the quests in 1, 2 and 3 so now what am I suppose to do....? I have talked to everyone in the town and I have no more quests but I don't know what else to do I know there is more than this to the game. Please help any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

To get to Act IV:
go back to where you killed Mephisto. There will be a red portal open up in the middle of the area. This portal will take you to Act IV.
I'm sure you'll know what to do with the stone once you begin the quests here.

You are supposed to take Mephisto's soulstone to the hellforge in act 4. There you will face Hephasto the Armorer. Defeat him, take his hellforge hammer, click on the hellforge with the hellforge hammer equipped. Random Gems will be produced and scattered about for you to pick up.
After this you will go and face Diablo.

You are supposed to take his soulstone to the Hellforge in Act 4 when you get the Hellforge Hammer. The Hellforge is in the River of Flame.

its used in act four, the second quest where you do the forge
you get a rune for it

Keep it until Act IV - there is a quest that involves it...
