I have a 29 gallon and looking for a good groundcover. Something that can grow in low light, and spreads at a decent rate, something that doesnt get tall, not more than 1/2 inch. And any recomendations on where to buy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Java Moss or Dwarf Hairgrass. The Hairgrass will look more like grass and be more controlabe than the Moss. Good luck!

Very few plants other than algae will grow less than 1/2inch. Java moss and java fern are good, low light plants. They both look best attached to driftwood. Micro chainswords stay short as will dwarf hairgrass. You will need to go to a good quality fish store to get any help with plants. I am sure that you can purchase online as well, and plants generally ship much better than fish. I would recommend going to a store first.

Java moss. Bought some on ebay awhile back. Then if it starts growing out of control, you can turn around and sell it on ebay :)
