Skip the favors. It's a waste of your precious time and resources. People just leave them.

I would go with a local printer. Generally it's less expensive and you can see things in person. Someone local is going to bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with the product.

Michael's is amazing for wedding stuff. I purchased my wedding invitations and stuff to make the favours with there. Michael's was the only place I could find invitations that came in smaller quantities. Most places carried invitation kits with 50 plus invites in them and I only have 22 people on my list. I was able to purchase 2 packs of 15 invites and I plan to use some of the extra for a scrapbook later on. As for the favours, I picked up little boxes, some card stock, a stamp and ink to put a design on the card stock that will also have a little message along with the person's name on it written in gel pen (also purchased at Michael's). There are so many different colours for the ink pads and stamps and I found exactly what I was looking for. I went to Costco to get the tea I'm giving away.

I got my wedding invitations from REXCRAFT.COM and they were so beautiful, and very good priced. Try them out... there are a few websites, but I liked Exclusivleyweddings.com

Try them they have good deals, and unique things... we got our groomsmen personlized ice chests from there and filled them with beer, they loved them.

seriously ebay. i found several sellers who make invitations, rsvp's, thank yous etc... some even roll it in to an all inclusive sale... you get all your "paperwork" for 1 price.
some let you pick x amt of things from the list and you pay for those. oh some let you send your own pic/graphic to use on the invites too!!
favors out the wahzoo on there too... favormart i think is the name of one seller. you can find bubbles, candy wrappers, matches... all custom printed for you
tulle too- to make bows, runners etc...

and look for your dress and that of your brides maids and flower girls too- sellers in china make them from scratch- based on your measurements... they combine shipping if you ask... and might make a dress not featured if you send them a request for a quote and send pics in detail!!!
