Here is a list of negative calorie foods dont get me wrong these foods do not actually have negative calories but your body has to produce certain enzymes to digest them which uses more calories than the foods themselves actually contain thus you are burning calories by simply eating them. ( i lost a lot of weight eating only these fruits and veggies but add tuna for protein it has very little fat) also all of the foods on the list must be eaten in raw form no cooking or adding stuff to them.

Fruits

apple
cranberries
grapefruit
lemon
mango
orange
pineapple
raspberries
strawberries
tangerine

Vegetables

asparagus
beet
broccoli
cabbage (green)
carrot
cauliflower
celery
Chile peppers (hot)
cucumber
dandelion
endive
garden cress
garlic
green beans
lettuce
onion
papaya
radishes
spinach

I think some greens take more calories to chew than you get in nourishment from them, but I don't know which ones. Carrots should be pretty close to that number. Even if they don't help you burn calories, they should fill your stomach to the point where you can't eat more high-calorie foods. I don't think you should eat carrots in the place of any whole meal, but you might find it helpful to grab a bag of baby carrots instead of a box of cookies next time you're watching TV. Good night!

I've read somewhere that celery takes more calories to eat than it contains. Seems like an inefficient way to burn calories, though.

Well I'm sure you know that vegetables in general are great for your overall health. But as far as helping you loose weight, the only ones I ever heard of were Chili Peppers . I think it has something to do with a chemical they contain called Capsaicin.

From Wikipedia: "Chili peppers might have cardiovascular benefits, although proven benefits appear to be limited to increased myocardial perfusion in men. Some sources also claim weight loss properties (by inducing thermogenesis)."

Only body movement can make you burn calories. There is no specific food that is magically going to make you burn calories.

Eat lots of raw fruits and raw vegetables especially celery and carrots. Salt has no calories and is not a food. But added to food, it makes you fatter than Big Momma.

Site below has more tips and tells how meat makes you fatter if not organic.

a hundred energy is a hundred energy. The vegetables might digest slower and burn slower because of fact of a bigger volume of equivalent energy whilst in comparison with Chocolate. in case you devour the Chocolate interior of approximately an hour of being lively you will burn it of distinctly speedy. a hundred energy of chocolate will appear as if lots much less then a hundred energy of carrots.
